Southside Soccer Club began operations in 2003. Since that time, the Club has provided Danville and Pittsylvania County children the opportunity to experience the thrill of a fast moving game like soccer. A very long list of players, parents, and volunteers have made Southside Soccer Club a tremendous success.

Affiliations

Southside Soccer Club is sanctioned by the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) which provides supplementary medical and liability insurance for all players, coaches, and referees in our league.

Organization

Managed by our dedicated board of directors, the club thrives on collective participation. Board members are elected annually in June. We welcome and appreciate all interested in contributing to our growth—whether on the board or in player training.
